Q: Who does Workers Compensation of North Dakota answer to. If I had a complaint who would I talk to.

Why won't a lawyer in ND represent me in front of a law judge. Because injured workers in North Dakota get nothing. Thank you

Q: I was assaulted from behind at work by a coworker. Under North Dakota Century Code 65 am I eligible for workers comp?

This occurred on company property, during work hours.
