Q: If I want to make a non-profit, and I am not recieving funds, do I have to register my intitiave anywhere?

We will be providing free CPR classes taught by a certified instructor, we will not give out CPR certifications.

Q: I have been awarded a default judgement in Special Civil Part in Monmouth County NJ. The defendant retained an attorney.
