Yes, at the very least, you will not be able to renew your license until those tickets a paid. Odds are a judgment was entered against you on those tickets and the fines have increased drastically. You need to deal with these tickets as soon as possible.

If you were given Court Supervision, then it will be able to be expunged, but if this was a conviction, it will not be able to be expunged. You need to have an attorney review the case to determine what can and can not be done regarding this matter.
