Q: I'm 18 I received a ticket for speeding, no seatbelt and improper lane usage in different state. What's going to happen

I was given the speeding ticket in one state going 20 over, then in a different state was given a ticket for no seatbelt and improper lane usage on the same day. I dont live in either state. Am I going to lose my license

Yes, if they turn in to convictions and are reported back to Illinois your license will be suspended. You need to hire an attorney in each of those states to address these tickets right away. Your question and facts are a little confusing. If he is on Probation, he should speak with his Probation Officer and that PO should be able to find him a facility that will work.

First, your prior Felony does not turn into a Misdemeanor just because it is now a Misdemeanor offense. It depends on the ticket and the court location. Your best option is to have an attorney review the ticket. Most will do this free of charge over the phone, but you need to call around to find an attorney. The sooner you do this, the better.

You can not expunge such a case. Your only option is to file an Executive Clemency Petition requesting the governor to pardon you and allow you to expunge this matter. Q: I was told that I would receive citation for speeding in the mail in 2-4 weeks, I have not seen it. What should I do?

I receive a ticket in Mo. The officer told me that I should be getting the citation is 2-4 weeks. I looked up my name in the case.net. I could not find my name in the system. I guess I wanted to take care of the ticket, before I get a warrant out in my name.

You should hire an attorney licensed in MO to assist you with this matter. That attorney will be able to tell you what the normal practice if for such tickets and when you should actually expect to receive it in the mail.

Yes, you have to pay the full $10,000.00 up front. Your boy friend needs a criminal defense attorney to assist him. That attorney might be able to get the bond reduced. The sooner an attorney is hired the better.

Yes, you could be arrested for, at the very least, Disorderly Conduct, which is a Misdemeanor offense. If you and your friend really want to box, you should do it through a boxing sanctioned event.
