How you probably are going to need an expert to examine the tie rods- I don’t know if it’s a mechanical issue or a metal failure or what? But so I need to examine it and I would also take a look and see if there’s been any recalls on the particular vehicle that you were involved in the... View More
My daughter wants to save her money but her husband on wants half. Can her mom cash it without my signature?

It depends on how much the check and the settlement are for. Florida has strict rules on the settlement of a minor's claim.
My mother apparently auto accident claim that has been settled, my father is still alive. They set up probate though? They weren’t able to reach him because number had changed. I have power of attorney over father since dx of Alzheimer’s. What should I know?

That’s a complex question. Was there a law suit filed? Is your mom still alive? Do you live in Florida? You need to consult with an experienced probate and a personal injury attorney quickly. Get all the paper work together, police report, insurance information etc.

Horrible. I don’t know where you are but if you’re in Florida you can report them to the Department of Health.
If you child had become ill because of the expired drug you might have a case against CVS.
Thank you for your question.
