"'Sole proprietorship' means a legal form of organization owned by one person meeting the requirements of RCW 18.04.195." Wash. Rev. Code Ann. § 18.04.025.

Q: Can a plaintiff sue a witness listed by the defendant?

Some more information would be helpful in answering this question. Would this witness be sued becuase of the testimony they gave during the case? Or, would this witness be added as a defendant to the case in progress?

Q: My son was in a motorcycle accident approximately 3.5 years ago and received multiple injuries. He was riding a friend's

Motorcycle. His injuries have resulted in a permanent "partial" loss in the use of his right foot.

How would he apporaoch the insurance compnay that covered the motorcycle for any type of settlement. Thanks

In Colorado, you must bring an action within three years from the date the cause of action accrues. Colo. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 13-80-101.
