Q: Can I sue a scam app???

If an app advertises winning real money, and they really don’t pay out to anybody, would that be a good reason to sue for false advertising. Especially if someone spent money on in game purchases and got nothing out of it?

It appears very likely that they were committing fraud and you were damaged by that fraud. I encourage you to sue them and report them to police authorities.

Q: My company was sub-contracted by a production firm to film footage for an auto dealership. The footage was never paid.

The footage was widely used in a video commercial. Should I sue for copyright or breach of contract?

Q: Am I required to purchase yacht by contract date if that date is during hurricane

Am set to transfer funds for yacht purchase 2 days before named storm is expected to arrive, is there provision in law allowing delay until after storm?

There is case law that allows for limited contract breach based on natural disasters. Most companies would be more than willing to make an amendment to the agreement to accommodate the circumstances.
