I got charged with drug paraphernalia even though I used it to ingest my own prescription ( a cut straw)

Even though that is a very unique way to take your prescribed medicine it would be very hard to prove that the substance you were ingesting is a prescribed medicine. Long story short I would suggest not doing this.
I have tried already for a year to get my lawyer's help and he has yet to help me. I am not sure what to do.

Ask the court clerks office in the county that you were in court a year ago and they should be able to help you.
If so, can you please add contact information?

It is the Public Defenders Office and you will have to qualify and be appointed them by a Judge.

Unless there is a valid reason to recalculate it (i.e. missing good time, program credits) there is no point in doing so.
I called 911 to help my husband who was having a seizure. Was charged with theft under $1000. I had no intent on taking anything. I was Christmas shopping and the scanner must have not scanned everything like I thought. What can I do?

The problem with a handling a case without a lawyer is that anything you say to the DA can be used against you. Pro se defendants don't usually think they are saying anything incriminating until it is used against them in the future.

There should be a number on the slip. I would call and confirm that this is a legitimate note. If it is, I would hire an attorney immediately.

You need to first find out if there is a warrant for your arrest and if so what the bond amount is to bond out. Once you bond out you should get an attorney to explore an option of rehab or possibly just reinstating your probation to a new term.
The police took my cell phone without my or my fiances consent. Were my rights violated and how do i get my property back?
Edit: no charges have not been filed.

It does sound like the police should not have taken your phone. Were charges filed? If so, that phone may be in evidence. If not, I would contact the police department and ask to get it back.
The victim showed up at the defendants residence me and my boyfriend and wont leave so i made him leave so he wouldn't get in trouble is that not violating the order for the victim to come to the defendants residence

No it is not. If this happens again to make sure that the defendant does not get into trouble I would call the police and let them know what is going on.
