You have technically still violated your probation and there is a chance you will go to jail because of it.

No. That charge is a B felony and diversion only goes up to a C Felony. That also carries with it a 100% sentence. You need to have an attorney by your side through every stage of your case.

This is criminal and you may go to jail and have to make a bond to get out.
Or stole a truck when he came from a different county and picked me up he told me the vehicle was loaned to him and that he came to check on me bc I had no contact with him for two weeks prior to him showing up

He has been incarcerated for 10 years. He was told he had to serve 12 years at 100%. However he was in jail for 2 years prior to the trial and sentencing. He was given a harsh sentence due to the drug free school zone law here in TN. We just need some help and guidance on what to do.

Well first problem is why do you even have someone else's debit card? That is a big issue in this fact situation.
