Q: Never married my ex we have a 13 year old daughter together who lives with her mom. My house burn down and I bought a

new one with insurance money. Is the ex entitled to the value of new trailer and its contents and can they raise my child support because of the new trailer? I live in Texas. I'am also raising two minor biological children who live with me.

If you are not married I do not see how your ex girlfriend would be entitled to the value of the new trailer and contents. Q: What do I do if the company I work for is not sending correct child support payments for ordered amounts

This set me back in arrears and am in the process of getting incarcerated.

I would suggest you speak to someone in the Human Resources to find out why they are not withholding the correct amount.
