You should be covered by Work Comp regardless of fault while on the job and you may have a PI case based on fault of other driver. Q: Help: Want to fight DUI charge. Plead guilty under duress. Mistakes during arrest and on court records. Who can help me?

1. Spelled my name wrong - therefore, they were careless. This means they were likely to make other mistakes.

Yes depending on when you gave the plea you should be able to retract it and fight your case but need to act fast, - how long has it been.

The fee would be to first to try to retract and re-open your case, should we win and that is allowed, then we can charge you for the DUI defense....

Yes, this can happen, but I think it happen during the appeal process is when it would come up. You need you current attorney to make a request for discovery (this is standard practice). Please contact an attorney to go over you concerns and the facts of your case.

If you work for Walmart during the incident then it would be Work Comp, but in this case both are customers, they may have a MED PAY option to pay medical bills for injuries occurring on the property to claim, otherwise you for sure have a claim against the other customer
