Q: What is the Visa type to bring Indian cook to U.S to work here in an Indian Restaurant ( Small Scale)

Hi.. We would like to start an Indian Restaurant ( Small Scale) in California. For this, we wish to bring an Indian Cook from India who is specialized in traditional Indian dishes. Is it possible/ allowed ? What is the Visa type? What is the Procedure to follow ?
