Q: Hello home depot background check has screwd me someone loco please help me!

I applied fr Home depot in march of this year and got hired i passed their background check and drug testing i went to orientation and in the end i did not accepted their job offer. I applied for Right Time home services last week i passed their background check and drug testing and Home Depot sub contracts Right Time for their HVAC well today they told me my back ground did not clear Home Depot and i could not continue to work. I believe Home depot is someway not approving me because of me not taking their job offer back in march of this year. I already had passed their background in march of this year and know they dont want to approve me today? how can u hire me in march and not approve me now in December? I need a local attorney from Los Angeles TO HELP ME PLEASE! I HAVE A CASE AGAINST HOME DEPOT!
