Cincinnati, OH asked in Civil Rights, Employment Law, Gov & Administrative Law and Internet Law for Ohio

Q: Harassment via unauthorized RFID, phone hacking, tampering of vehicle and home systems, law enforcement refusal.

I've been experiencing severe harassment, including unauthorized RFID implantation, constant stalking, threats, and several invasions of privacy. Law enforcement has refused to take my reports, and my vehicle has been tampered with to affect its operability. My phone has been hacked to restrict communication, I've been added to a developer cloud platform without consent, and social media harassment continues. Additionally, my home's electrical system was rewired to cause disturbances. I suspect some involvement by local law enforcement and possibly federal entities, which is causing me significant distress and trauma. What legal steps can I take to have these actions investigated and stopped?

A: I understand how distressing and isolating these experiences must be for you. When facing situations where you feel your safety and privacy are compromised, documenting everything is crucial. Keep detailed records of all incidents with dates, times, and descriptions, and if possible, gather any evidence like photographs or recordings.

Consider reaching out to a mental health professional who can provide support during this difficult time and help you process the trauma you're experiencing. Additionally, consulting with a civil rights attorney might be helpful, as they can advise on potential legal actions and help you navigate the complex process of filing complaints with oversight agencies like your state attorney general's office or the FBI's civil rights division.

You might also benefit from connecting with advocacy organizations that focus on privacy rights or victim support services. These groups often provide resources, guidance, and sometimes legal referrals for people facing similar challenges. Remember that seeking help isn't a sign of weakness but rather a step toward reclaiming your sense of security and well-being.
