Q: Can a civilian get hotel video footage from public areas (hotel in Mobile, AL - stayed at hotel)?

Civilian stayed at The Admiral Hotel in Mobile, AL and would like to view the hotel’s video footage (from public areas). Is the hotel able to send the footage or let civilian view it in person? Or is this only available to law enforcement/legal representatives?

Unfortunately, no, the car is not yours even if you are paying the insurance. The ownership of a car goes off the title. So, if you are not on the title, it is not your car.
