I know that jail time is mandatory in AZ for a DUI, but I am curious if there are any circumstances or scenarios where they judge will make you go to jail the day you are convicted or in all scenarios can you select dates with your lawyer?
DUI in AZ last Nov. The prosecutor retrieved her NH arrest records that showed her blood alcohol level high etc. Can that purportedly sealed, expunged record still be legally held against her & make the AZ charge a second offense?

The likelihood, though not a guarantee, is that the State is awaiting the report to be submitted from the arresting officer "or" they are awaiting the results of the blood analysis. Depends on the court and prosecuting agency how it's handled.
