The problem you run into is sveralfold--starting with the burden of proof being on your side to show that it was Xarelto and not something else that caused your mother's death.... View More

chances are no, as the statute of limitations would likely have run assuming you are over 20 years old.Why not contact a member of the Nevada Justice Association and get a free consult? Look for a NJA member who handles medical cases.

Q: More dental work was done on our child than authorized, can a dentist just go ahead with the work without our consent?

Q: Givin the wrong medication

I left a drug and alchol treament center last week because I didn't like there service. While I was there they gave my my roomates medicine Zoloft instead. I even asked her if I'M was supposed to be taking that because I knew they put me on welbutrin. Do I have a case?
