Q: Hi, my husband hired someone a couple of years ago to help with developing a website and purchasing a domain name.

No contract was signed. He now wants the rights given to someone else to handle. This person renewed the website, has host responsibilities, removed three people as administrators to the website and is now deleting the new webmaster's work. This is hindering my husband's business. Can... View More

Your husband may need to enlist the services of one of our fine attorneys to resolve the situation. Have him dig up the agreements, email, and other relevant information and contact any attorney he chooses.

Q: Hello Sir or Madame, If I purchase items online and sell them on a site would that be considered breaking the law?

That depends on many factors including what the items are, where you are selling them online.
