What is it that you think "grievance" is? More facts are necessary here.

If I'm following your question right- you were involved in an accident, in your friend's car, which was under your friends control at the time of accident. If that is the case it is not your fault. But that doesn't matter now anyway, what does matter is you and your friends health.... View More

If you are sure you aren't injured and do not require medical attention it wouldn't be worth it. Property claims are simply enough, I'm sure you can handle it. Just don't forget to seek compensation for the diminished value of your vehicle.

Yes, hire an attorney and refuse to speak with the insurance adjusters, they are not your friends.

No, you cannot. The police have no duty to protect you. There is a lot of case law on this topic. You simply have no cause of action.
My friend was in an accident in FL and was not cited the day of the accident. Is there a statute of limitation for her to still be charged?
answered on Jun 5, 2014
It takes as long as it takes. The State can file charges any time within the statute of limitations. She needs to hire an aggressive attorney ASAP, though, because the State is building its case now. Sometimes, we attorneys can mitigate the charges or even convince the State not to file them at... View More
A company vech (car lot stock unit) driven by an employee hits someone. Does the company's insurance pay or the employees insurance pay?

That's kind of a loaded question. There are several different issues in play. Were there injuries? If so, to you or to other people? Who was at fault? Did both drivers have insurance? Without more facts, it's difficult to answer this question. I, as well as most attorneys, offer free... View More

Agreed not to involve the ins. company because there wasn't enough damage?
answered on Apr 25, 2013
In order to answer this question one needs to know all the facts. You could both potentially be charged with leaving the scene of an accident, and when there are other humans involved it can be an arrestable offense. Consult with a local attorney about this if you have not already done so.

She should contact her insurance company and they will provide her with an attorney without any costs.

Contact a Florida personal injury attorney immediately. They can tell you what the statute of limitations is for Florida. This assumes you mean the accident happened in Florida.

It is always better o have a police report especially is there is damages. If there are injuries, then absolutely.

There is no differential between "accidental" expiration of a DL and "non accidental." If the DL has been expired less then 6 months then it is generally just a citiation. If it is more than 6 months, then it is a misdemeanor.

If you have been sued and a judgment was entered against you for damages, then in addition to some other options, wage garnishment is certainly an avenue that the other side will pursue.
