Q: Can we sue the driver at fault for grievance ?

The opposing insurer totaled her vehicle out and gave her a check, but the amount is not enough for a vehicle. my wife now has no car and no way of getting to school. is there any way for the driver at fault to be sued for grievance ?

Q: I was involved in a 4 car accident. Car that hit me damaged & my rear end smashed. We both have same insurance co.

Both of us hurt. She had full coverage, I had pip & liability. Why when I went to get looked at they wanted $ from my $500 deductable. I pay first then Ins. Pay later....? Need a lawyer?

No, you cannot. The police have no duty to protect you. There is a lot of case law on this topic. You simply have no cause of action.

Q: How long can it take to be charged with a fatality auto accident if not charged the day of the accident?

In order to answer this question one needs to know all the facts. You could both potentially be charged with leaving the scene of an accident, and when there are other humans involved it can be an arrestable offense. Consult with a local attorney about this if you have not already done so.

There is no differential between "accidental" expiration of a DL and "non accidental." If the DL has been expired less then 6 months then it is generally just a citiation. If it is more than 6 months, then it is a misdemeanor.
