Not convicted because witness did not recognize my friend in line-up. However all other evidence did match (including car's license plate; damage on my friend's car; and when cops got to his house, my friend was still drunk...)

The guy stoled my car his in a comma and the car not have insurance and the lady that he hit went to the hospital with an injured knee. What could happen if the guy does not wake up from comma? What could happen to me?

I backed into another vehicle on private property and was cited for improper backing. Both vehicles had less than 500 in damages. Get the license reinstated in Michigan, then Florida will give you a license.
I live in Florida now, have for 3 years. I just don't think I should have to pay for a flight, hotel, lawyer, and cost's to go before a hearing officer, for something that happened when I was a stupid kid.

You are asking FL lawyers about NY law. It is better to ask a NY lawyer. But I will venture to say that you probably cannot do anything.
i am asking for safety reasons on a traffic ticket. when i mean blackout, i mean no lights what so ever not even parking lights. and it was on the service shoulder under a busted street light. i dont mind the hiding im after the safety aspect and the legality.
