Q: In 2010, a friend was the suspect in a "hit and run" case in Florida but was not convicted. can case be re-activated?

Not convicted because witness did not recognize my friend in line-up. However all other evidence did match (including car's license plate; damage on my friend's car; and when cops got to his house, my friend was still drunk...)

Q: After 18 years, can I just pay Illinois the 500 dollar reinstatement fee to get my driver's license back?

I live in Florida now, have for 3 years. I just don't think I should have to pay for a flight, hotel, lawyer, and cost's to go before a hearing officer, for something that happened when I was a stupid kid.

Q: Who is liable for the balance in a automotive injury settlement if a health care provider doesn't have a LOP or Lein?

Panama city, Florida.

I was in an accident, stopped at a light, and a truck him my car from behind at the full posted speed limit (Possible Negligence?).

His insurance paid for my car, but was not enough to cover my medical bills as well.

Go see a personal injury attorney about this or ask your own attorney if you already have one.
