Hello, Form I-864 is a requirement when adjusting status in the US. If you would have chosen the consular process in your I-130, you would have to submit the I-864 directly to the NVC. In either scenario, the I-864 is required.

Probably not, see:

If not released he or someone on his behalf needs to contact the LEA Officer in Charge at the jail.
Many more facts are needed to know whether he has a defense to removal from the United States.

I've already changed several addresses without reporting USCIS about that. Does it lower my chances of getting citizenship and what do I need to do now?
Thank you

It won't affect your chance of becoming US citizen. Not reporting change of address may lead to loss of communication from USCIS. That's about it.
Will my husband be able to come here while we do this ? The i-130 and other documents are paid for and already approved. we are awaiting interview with the consular office but we would like to switch to AOS. Can he come here and start this process?

Unless your husband has a visa he will not b e admitted into the USA.
Consular processing requires an immigrant visa application be completed online. I assume you have done this.
Adjustment of Status in the USA requires a pending I-485. I assume you have not filed an I-485.

Florida is no fault state, meaning if the marriage is irretrievably broken, judge may grant a divorce. Filing TPs and work permit should not affect divorce.
