Yes, you cannot consent to sex, you do not have the capacity to do that, and he can go to jail for sexual battery, a 2nd degree felony.

NO. A 15 year old does not have the capacity to consent to sex with anyone. The 17 year old can be charged with sexual battery, a 2nd degree felony, with a potential punishment of 15 years in prison.

Q: Hi Can 17 years old teen start work at the restaurant without parent's permission?.He did before crime stolen things

from store. He was arrested and had case at the court. He is hiding this from us that he start working. He has bad grades and no so much time to the end of school.

Go see an attorney about this. Yes, the 17 year old should be allowed to work, in my opinion. To deny him that will just alienate him further.

Date? What do you mean exactly by that. Some say it includes sex, others say it does not. A child under 15 cannot consent to sex in FL, and the 17 year old can be charged with a very serious crime if sex occurs between them.

he beat him up because they said that he stole a bike which he didn't but the kid beat him up and then later found out that he did not steal the bike he knew that he was 13 he did not return no punch and the kids got really bad hurt

What exactly does that mean? Is there some type of legal way get around the parents with out emancipation? Q: Can a 17yo parents control who shes friends with and whether or not she can see them??

Just want to know if her parent can control who she see when and where or of this is away she can gain freedom from that control without having to go through emancipation

Yes, the parent can control who the 17 year old sees. The 17 year old might be hard to control, however.

A 15 year old does not have the capacity to consent to sex. The 25 year old can be charged with a 2nd degree, 15 years in prison, felony of sexual battery.

Basically, a 16 or 17 year old in FL can have sex with a person under 24.

Females mom encouraged this behavior. For many years this went on. I am curious of what charges the male would have faced if it was ever reported. Or charges for the mom??

The male can be charged with sexual battery, a 2nd degree felony with a potential punishment of 15 years in prison. The mother can be charged also, but more facts are needed to try to guess what she could be charged with.
