They can do both. However charging for a service that is not provided could be a fraud upon the consumer. Report your concerns to the public service commission.

From an attorney. Motions like this are very fact specific to the individual case and there are no standard forms that I am aware of. You have to allege specific factual circumstances which apply only to what has happened in your case.

Writs are usually drafted as needed by attorneys. They are not specific for counties in Florida. What kind of writ do you need? There are many different types of writs.

Why were these items removed and what were they removed from? Was there any prior notice from the city? Were there any hearings conducted pursuant to local ordinances?

It depends upon the facts and you need a lot more facts in order to make an actual case. You cannot sue people because you feel you were mistreated. There has to be a recognizable cause of action. Q: Can I do anything of the city of west palm beach has declared my house to be a nuisance because of drug activity

My son had a friend who sold drugs from my house and it is no longer hapenning but the city said I had to put my son out on the street or they could board my house up is this true

Probably not. You do need to ensure that criminal activity does not take place at your house. You can be arrested and have to face criminal charges. The constitution protects against taking property without just compensation.

You have to file a demand with the clerk. This is an odd and rare occurence. The best thing to do is hire an attorney. I hope the issue was resolved in your favor.

Which beach? The question is too broad. It would depend upon local ordinances. Some maybe, some maybe not. Chances are that if you got a citation, you cannot do it on that beach.
