Q: In florida a subdivision was plated 1926.45 ft easements for road way and utilities are granted to the county.

What does the county have to do to close the road and make it a storm water run off holding pond.

This was just one of the problems that brought about new legislation in Florida. Now the banks have to show the chain of title, basically.

No one answered this question until now, which is obviously too late to do you any good. You basically have until the 11th day after the sale until the clerk can issue a certificate, and then until the sheriff serves the writ, well about 24 hours after that.

Q: A Public grocery store has AC units on their roof with constant humming. What can be done about it.

The constant huming has been unacceptable in our neiberhood. How can we force them to stop the noise.

I cannot tell you what to do unless I read the lease. There is usually a provision which covers the place becoming uninhabitable, and you would have to read that too.

Call the cops and have them investigate this problem. Where are the vibtrations coming from? Trains? Planes? A freeway?
