If she is in DFCS care you are going to have to pay child support. You need to speak with someone about representation in the juvenile court case. You are entitled to court appointed representation in a juvenile dependency case if you meet the income requirements.

A Wife has zero responsibility towards the support obligations of a spouse. Taxes and accounts should be kept separate, because joint accounts can be garnished if there is an arrears.

Your child support is not affected by a separate case. If you think your child support was wrongly set based up her under reporting of income, then you should hire and attorney and apply for a modification.

You'll need an order stopping the income deduction order. Consult with counsel to discuss the process and to review the order. That wording does sound unusual, but that doesn't mean it is wrong.

Possibly. There are a number of factors that go into an alimony determination. The court will not only look at your financial need, but also his ability to pay support. You should speak with a family law attorney to determine your options based on the specific facts of your case.

If you haven't legitimated, you have no rights to your child at all. You need to speak with an experienced attorney about establishing custody and parenting time rights.

The new order should supersede the prior order on child support. However, if the child support is being collected by DHS, you may need to forward a copy of the new order to terminate the child support withholding.

The child support order should state. If it does not require the non custodial parent to pay extracurriculars, and just has an amount, then the custodial parent pays.

Your question is unanswerable as written. If you mean college when you refer to "school," if your current order does not allow child support after 18. That cannot be changed in Georgia. Also, as you haven't stated where the other party lives, you may not be able to modify in Georgia in any event.
