You'll need an order stopping the income deduction order. Consult with counsel to discuss the process and to review the order. That wording does sound unusual, but that doesn't mean it is wrong.

Possibly. There are a number of factors that go into an alimony determination. The court will not only look at your financial need, but also his ability to pay support. You should speak with a family law attorney to determine your options based on the specific facts of your case.

If you haven't legitimated, you have no rights to your child at all. You need to speak with an experienced attorney about establishing custody and parenting time rights.

I live in Georgia but my child support order was issued in Puerto Rico
answered on Jan 28, 2019
Your question is unanswerable as written. If you mean college when you refer to "school," if your current order does not allow child support after 18. That cannot be changed in Georgia. Also, as you haven't stated where the other party lives, you may not be able to modify in Georgia in any event.
