Usually done by filing for legal separation.

Sometimes child support recovery helps in this kind of a situation.

Maybe too late to do it through Soc Sec.

Try court to get order to hold money.

It all depends on what was intended when the court order was entered.

If it was agreed, then it is what you two understood it to mean.

If court ordered it, then school fees are whatever the school says they are.

Looks like there is no court order.

The software that would tell us exactly what his child support obligation should be requires that we know the exact amount of your gross yearly incomes, and if his "three nights" a week are overnights.

Depends on what the court orders say.

If she was supposed to furnish it, then it should lower it.

Support and visitation are two different issues.

He has a right to ask for visitation. That doesn't mean he will get it. The judge decides what is in best interests of the child.

It is a complicated formula that takes into account, income of both parties, parenting time by parties and a lot of other factors.

Unless court orders say otherwise, support stays same until changed.

Under the new child support law there is a formula used to determine child support based on income of parties and number of children.
