Unless you are a witness yourself, there isn't much you can do. You should really talk to your boyfriend's attorney on how to proceed. Have charges been filed yet? If not, the assigned prosecutor may be willing to hear you out.
You also cannot "make" anyone confess.... View More

This is very serious. You need a consultation with a lawyer not in the county where the judge holds court.
My husband is already charged for one domestic battery charge and is being tried in court for a second charge on a different date. I have an op that allows him visitation every Other weekend. If I had the op dropped would that drop court ordered visitation?

Yes, it would dismiss the visitation. But until u were gone from this state with your child for at least 6 mos, he could file a petition asking u to bring her back here.

Sue him for what? If it is for injuries sustained as a result of the abuse, you may or may not be able to sue him depending on the language contained in your Judgment for Dissolution. I do not understand your question. If you want to press charges, that is a criminal matter and should cause you to go to the police. If you want an order of protection, or have one and want to male changes, you should see a family law attorney.

Most people, including many lawyers, don't understand the serious long term consequences of having an order of protection against them.

If u have a no contact order being together is a violation. Going to get a marriage license together is a violation. Can't live together, get married, etc. Get the no contact order lifted first.

First of all, u state no facts for us to conclude whether or not u r a victim of domestic violence. Just being a victim, in and of itself, has no legal significance. If some violence happened, u should have called the police and reported it. You might also get an order of protection, depending... View More

It sounds like the mother needs to have a consultation with a family law lawyer to get all of these issues straightened out and determine what legal remedy she has.
