Q: I was given a ticket for going 55 in a 35 zone in Kentucky on a county road.

The citation was marked ‘not prepayable’ and I was given a court date. I have one other ticket in Kentucky less than a year ago and one in Indiana less than 2 years ago. What can I expect from the judge in Daviess County?

Amendment down to 25 over (non-suspension), then traffic school so you don’t lose any points and your insurance doesn’t go up.

It won’t happen but you should call the district court clerks office tomorrow morning and confirm just to be safe. They will likely send him a summons letter with a new court date.
