Theres two charges in this ticket, and it's not repayable. I have a court date in August.

Depends on what county you were in. It’s a suspension level ticket.
I was doing 22 over the speed limit. The cop only gave me a ticket for speeding.

Hire a lawyer to get the bench warrant and fta set aside and resolve the case for you.
I have never been in trouble b4 or after this so theres nothing else on me and I need this off of me but idk how the best way to do it is I just found out about my fta and I'm scared to death I have 2 small babies and I no longer live in the county same state but different co

Date. Ticket doesn’t have reckless driving on it.

It won’t happen but you should call the district court clerks office tomorrow morning and confirm just to be safe. They will likely send him a summons letter with a new court date.

The car was in car lot name still and they signed it over to sheriff dept, can o get it dismissed

No idea. Call the clerk of the district court in the county where you got the ticket and inquire. That does seem unusual.
