No. If you provided proof to the clerk, you do not have to attend.

Q: My brother was in the hospital he went to court was issued a non moving violation fine and he is late paying the fine

It's in Kentucky what can he do on paying his late fee on his traffic ticket he has went to court than issued a fine after he got out of the hospital he found out the fine was late what can he do to take care of that fine paying late?

Simply go to the clerks office and pay the fine and costs or hire a lawyer to go in snd resolve it for you.

Aware of the wrong I was doing but she was legit sick I explained that to the officer and he even gave me the option to keep driving after that just wondering what I should expect in court

Q: What would be the penalty for speeding and driving without insurance at the same time?

I just got cited for speeding 10 mph over the speed limit and having no insurance at the time. What would be the outcome and would I need to hire an attorney?

Speeding is $20 fine plus court costs. No insurance first is up to a $500 fine plus court costs. You should hire a attorney to handle.

As a 17 year old if you plead to offense with 6 points or more you could be subject to suspension. I would contact an Attorney to represent you.

Q: My son was driving his truck (no license) going to town & another vehicle ran stop sign & hit him so hard spun truck roa

Truck in road 3 times & completely damaged the rear driver’s side bed of truck (un-driveable)

Would this still be completely all my son’s fault?

I would recommend hiring an attorney and attempting to get the charge amended down to a lower offense that will not suspend your license.

If he did not get a ticket or a citation then you will not get any points on your license. It sounds like the police officer just let you go.

The costs are assessed bc by prepaying the ticket, you are pleading guilty and being penalized for the fine and court costs of administration.

The fta is for nonpayment of fines on traffic violations. Also how could I speed up being transported to the county my warrant was issued for pay or stay?
