If you file joint tax return, they can take entire refund as community asset to pay separate obligation. Cant get your license back until you satisfy child support arrears.

You have to pay until graduation, if still shy of 19th birthday. Parents cannot abridge the rights of the child to receive support under statute.

On going child support ends at 18 or high school graduation, whichever comes last but not later than 19th birthday. However, arrears still due for 10 years.
If only the child is on Medicaid & the state order for a Child Support Order against the father, can the mother request to terminate it if she does not want to push Child Support against the father???
