Get a job, start stashing money, get an apartment, move out and file for divorce. Under Louisiana law, verbal abuse is only domestic abuse if he threatens physical violence. Without a threat, it is just being nasty.
The officer who came said that I said he punched me in the face but I don't recall ever saying such thing I said that I don't know who started it

You can't change your ADA. A private attorney usually has a smaller caseload than the Public Defenders Office which is grossly underfunded and understaffed.

Talk to HIS lawyer who can call you to testify that you were drunk, that you pushed him down that for all you know the bruises were from being falling down drunk.
My fiance has domestic violence charge on him 2nd offense? His others were dropped by the someone else.. If I drop charges will he have a bond still if I drop them and what more then likely will be the situation or consequences?

Yes, he can request that a warrant be recalled. It is up to the judge to actually recall the warrant.

First send him an email, Facebook message and letter by certified mail to cease all contact with you at home, work or school by social media, email, phone, text or in person.
The next time he contacts you, file a criminal stalking complaint and file a protective order.

He has been to jail 2-3 times for violating that restraining order or protection order most recently in March 2021 but she is beat up again and don’t want him go to jail...
