Is the wrong make of vehicle written on the ticket something that can cause the case to be dismissed? This is my first accident in 17 years.

Generally speaking this is a traffic offense so depending on which jurisdiction (locality) where the ticket was issued, you are looking at the amount of the fine and court costs of that locality plus in some instances, driving school.

You should contact a lawyer and provide more information to the lawyer, such as what type tickets, the status of the tickets, where and who issued the tickets, and what you are trying to accomplish at this time. Good luck.
I live in New Orleans, and often when I'm walking within a clearly marked crosswalk, vehicles will slow down just enough so that they could brake hard to avoid hitting me if I keep walking but are clearly maintaining enough speed to try to intimidate me into not continuing on. Isn't this... View More

Yes, the ramp must be installed so that it does not obscure the license plate, or the plate has to be moved so it is not obscured by the ramp.

I had left my 3 year old son alone in car with AC on, a tablet to play with but I had the key inside and driver's side unlocked. I went for about 10 minutes. Some people saw him, called the cops and brought him out of the car. I came out and saw him with them. It really was stupid of me. I... View More

Yes they can still charge you. If you get charged, hire juvenile court lawyer.

He can give you a new ticket every day until you comply. If you stop paying the tickets, your license will then be suspended. Then you can be ticketed daily for driving under suspension.

You should speak with an attorney to discuss your rights regarding the unpaid wages. There are specific laws that regulate the time within which an employer must pay you. After the alleged theft issue was resolved, he may not be able to claim that as a defense. At the very least, you should... View More

Yes this is legal. Weed had to be sent to Baton Rouge for testing. Hire a criminal lawyer.
