Q: Is a speeding ticket voidable if it contains inaccurate information?

I was issued a speeding ticket in Tangipahoa Parish. The trooper put the incorrect time, 1045 instead of 945, and also the wrong registration expiration year, 2021 instead of 2022. Am I able to contest the ticket as voidable for inaccurate information?

You can contest it for that reason and it is up to the Judge to decide if that makes the entire ticket suspect.

Q: Is it true that a first-offense violator of Revised Statute 32.77 shall be issued only a warning?

I called the D.A.'s office, and was informed that my fine would be $232 by the date on my ticket. Even with a first offense that would be my fine. Is the information on this site accurate in 2021?

I am not sure where you saw this on this site, but I do not see how you can violate this and law enforcement be required to issue you a warning the first time. That said, the statute does say that there must be appropriate signs or markings to indicate the beginning and end of the no passing zones.

1) the passing lane is on the left, not the right,

2) notify your insurance company so that they can represent you in the personal injury case when you get sued...and you will be sued,

3) hire a traffic court lawyer to represent you on your ticket.

It depends on the employers policies and procedures, and hopefully, it is contained within a written policy and procedure manual. Of course, the employee should have the right to dispute this with his employer and with the court should the employee desire to do so.

Q: At school, I bought a parking spot. Someone parks in it everyday. What can I do?

The school sells two types of parking spaces, reserevd and not reserved. Q: Is the LA DMV just in placing a block on my license because an unauthorized driver was caught driving my stored vehicle.

DMV keeps telling me under the liability compulsory laws I am expected to have insurance even if my vehicle is in storage. But isn't that if vehicle was involved in an accident?

No unless wheels removed and up on blocks (immobilized) you must have insurance. If unauthorized driver was ticketed for a moving violation, you will also have your license suspended until you sell the car or you get insurance.
