Ask for a refund. I assume you didn't have anaphylactic shock. Understand you do not get a recovery for what could have happened but for what did happen.

This isn't an immigration question. You will need to look directly at Mississippi's laws for purchasing and possessing firearms.

Did you follow the advice of just one of the many lawyers you contacted? He needs a private criminal defense attorney on his side. Once an attorney is retained, perhaps the attorney can look into this further and do something about it.
