Q: I feel that my insurance company delayed paying my claim and now I am out of a vehicle.

Accident was august 25th. Insurance company was fighting with the towing company for two months to get my car released. It finally got released but they deemed it totaled. The facts mention a repair estimate and cash value but don’t go into the actual figure received. An attorney in your state reviewing the file could ask for additional information.

Homeowner’s insurance might provide insurance coverage for these injuries. However, not all boat owners have boating insurance coverage through their homeowner’s policy. Q: What to do after receiving personal injury summons for judgment of money, following car accident?

In February 2017, I was at - fault for a minor car accident with no damages, or visible/declared injuries. You had insurance and this is what it is for. They will hire you an attorney. Fax and SEND THEM THE SUMMONS, phone them, keep a copy for yourself. DO NOT REPRESENT YOURSELF!
