Q: Can a Wyoming Supreme Court decision regarding a family trust and will be appealed or overturned in any way?

Q: Is it possible to find out if a certain Case has ever been Cited on any Appeals, if so, how do you find out which Cases.

It depends upon whether the case was an appeal which will be listed in the law books. Was it an appeal? If so, it was probably put into one of the reporters and is searchable. There are ways to find whether the case has ever been cited. Get to a law library.
