This is a very confusing question to me. You cannot do anything with a piece of property that you do not own. Sublet to whom? You want to buy it from an estate, and you will have to do that first.

Q: This is on my lease to my tenant:Can I sell it with her in it?

this Lease, Landlord may terminate this lease upon 60 days days' written notice to Tenant that the Premises have been sold.

It would appear so, from the wording. More facts are needed as to what has actually happened. The sale is not consummated until the closing, which is usually around 60 days from the date of the contract.

The pro bono attorney in criminal matters is the public defender's office. Otherwise, there are not any pro bono criminal defense attorneys, basically.

Well, this is quite a mess. The lease says 60 days notice, normally without a contract that says that it would have to be at least half of a month. The problem is that you cannot possibly find another place for you and the kids to live on 2 days notice. Negotiate further with the landlord. That is... View More

What you are asking is whether she can sue, and we do not have enough facts from you to answer that. The parents will probably say that they own the dog, right? You simply do not understand the law, we do not expect you to. Your son was charged under the doctrine of principals, in essence. That means that whoever does any act in furtherance of the crime can be charged just as the one who actually committed the crime.

Read your lease. Yes, you would still be required to pay rent, until you leave.
