Absolutely. This delay is not that significant, but it also depends upon what your doctor found when you finally did go.

The owner of the building may have responsibility depending upon the condition of the property that caused you to fall and where you were on the property at the time.

Medical malpractice cases are probably the toughest cases to pursue. You really need to request all of your medical records and speak with a Medical Malpractice attorney about this.

Q: My lawyers are trying to persuade me to settle for less. Should I be concerned about this behavior?

It depends on how much less, but usually, no. The alternative is to not settle, which can result in receiving less than what is currently being offered or maybe nothing at all. The best advise if you are that concerned is to seek a second opinion regarding the value of your case.

Q: Is there any recourse for having an allergic reaction from an Absorbine Jr back patch, and then getting respiratory failure?

I was on a ventalator for 9-10 days. The neurologist says that an allergic reaction caused the seizure.

Please advise.

First thing first, you need to make sure that the patch contains what you are allergic to. You should probably see an allergist about this.
