Go to a title company and ask them to fill a new form to change your name in your deed. Or go to a lawyer.

If you can pay without hurting you, then do it. After the County removes the rent Moratorium then you will be required to pay your next month rent on the first of the month.

If you have a restraining order in California, never go see your ex, partner, husband or whatever. Violation of a Court Order could get you w few days in jail.

No. Landlord is in breach of contract. If the facts were reversed, LL would sue you. So, get a lawyer to write a letter for you. Best of luck.

You assume wrong. In the first place, if this property had gone through escrow, the cloud on this title would have been found immediately. Second, this title could have been protected by the title insurance. Too many errors on this transaction. Good luck .
