There are commonly class actions on products that cause injury. If you can identify the specific product, then a search can be done. You might also do a Google search on the product itself.

You may have a product liability claim if you can prove the damages you suffered are related to the product. You should also contact the FDA about your complaints.

Typically, you cannot sue the insurance company for more than their insurance policy limits. There are one or two exceptions, but unless you have made a demand for the insurance policy limits (with a whole bunch of provisions in it), then you are probably limited to the insurance money. On the motion for reconsideration, they can simply deny the motion or grant the motion. Usually, they deny the motion without a written opinion.

If she has put you in a false light by using this photo, then you may have a claim against her. You should first ask her to remove the photo immediately (in writing) though as an alternative to filing a lawsuit.
