I would have your lawyer talk to your probation officer and/or judge. If you are not allowed to be around them, there may still be an issue.

I don't think that it really matters (but may be taken into consideration) the age or condition of the parties. If you are assaulted by someone, you can file a charge for assault with the local sheriff's department.

Any criminal complaint would be filed through your local sheriff's office. That is a matter for the District Attorneys to handle.

If you made a demand for monetary damages and threatened criminal prosecution, that would subject you to charges for criminal extortion, so be careful....

Probably not. Go to a local gun dealer that does checks through the TBI and find out whether you can qualify or not.

Q: Im considered a career criminal and i got a felony evading charge and they are trying to give me 6 @ 60% but the whole.

But the whole reason i ran is i have ptsd and it triggered a flash back and subsequently a panic attack so i freaked drove off,is not a way i can recieve probation instead of prison bc of my mental condition

I had a guy picked up in Philadelphia, PA by Tennessee Dectectives, because he did not serve his 48 hours for 1st time DUI. He was flown to Tennessee and put in jail.

Generally, in my experience, the District Attorneys file notices to seek enhanced punishment when you refuse their plea bargain and decide to fight.
