Q: How do I file for a modification to my probation to have my interlock removed?

I have completed all requirements and half my term with zero violations and am on compliance. This is in Denton County Texas.

Depending on when he received the 75 years you either want to speak to a criminal appellate attorney or a post conviction habeas attorney - not a "civil rights" attorney. Which county? How long ago?

Q: Getting bailed out with an existing warrant

My brother has 3 charges and one existing warrant for one of those charges, but he is already in jail and the warrant was issued more than 4 months ago, and it was never signed by a judge. Would he still be able to be bonded out of jail?

He should be able to post a bond but I'd really need more information about the warrant you're describing.
