my fiance was arrested in la salle county texas and he served like 78 days and 18 hours and they gave him $20,000 bail but let him out out with a pr bond and he has to call in whenever he is told to find out if he has been indicted. i personally think this is a waste of tax payers money because... My brother has 3 charges and one existing warrant for one of those charges, but he is already in jail and the warrant was issued more than 4 months ago, and it was never signed by a judge. Would he still be able to be bonded out of jail?
He should be able to post a bond but I'd really need more information about the warrant you're describing.
