Q: I am looking for a Pro Bono Lawyer that is willing to take a case where I hit dairy cattle that were crossing State 267.

Owner claims to have no insurance. My car was totaled, my left hand broken, and left shoulder hurt. What would this be considered to be as far as the type of Lawyer needed? This occurred in Roosevelt County.

Q: If a person is walking with traffic then jaywalks in front of a moving car and gets hit who is held reliable?

There was no sidewalk on the side of the street the person was walking on, but there is on the opposite side. It recently snowed so the person was walking on the road. And there was no cross walked where the person was jay walking. It was also night time as well
