Q: Can a cop threaten to give you a larger ticket for asking questions?

Could I get the officer in trouble for threatening to give me a worse citation for asking questions on why I was getting my ticket? It is all on tape.

Q: A security officer pulled me over for an illegal uturn and speeding. He called a cop to show up an write me a ticket

Q: Issued speeding ticket day before Hurricane Irma. It was an emergency before all the stores closed. Pleaded Not Guilty

The police officer was driving in the opposite direction - no radar. I pleaded for the officer to understand my reason for speeding to get to the store before a major hurricane. Is pleading Not Guilty correct? Will the judge understand my situation given the circumstances?

Generally, if you get your tag up to date. Then go to the judge/hearing officer when your court date is and show them your up to date tag(proof).

It most likely will be dismissed.
