Q: My husband pays $765/mo for child support & shares 50/50 joint legal custody. His ex has been hiding that she has a job.

What does he need to do in order to have the child support lowered? Her income was initially input into the calculator as $0 since she did not have income at the time. Would it make a difference since he makes more money now? I’m assuming she makes at least minimum wage. He makes approx $68K/yr.... View More

A family law attorney would have to do the calculations to be able to tell you if adding additional income would increase the child support payments, most-likely yes! And if you really want to proceed with it, you would need to go to court again and get the child support payments updated. A free... View More

Contact them to bring her back. Otherwise, you need to get in contact with a lawyer if you think the child is being kept away intentionally and it is a violation of a custody order. The lawyer might be able to better assess your situation and advice you accordingly.

That depends, if you are going out of district or state or even country than YES you need permission. If you are on good speaking terms with the other parent then you can easily ask for the permission in writing. Or you can retain an attorney to get this permission in writing on your behalf.
