You have not provided enough information. There are many questions I have about this case, and I am happy to help answer these questions but I need a lot more information.
My case is in the Municipal Court in Marietta Georgia

That court is typically pretty lenient when it comes to a first time continuance to get a lawyer.

Simple battery? You face up to 12 months in jail on that case. Whether you get that time or not depends on a number of other factors.
Those people were asked to leave and they did but they walked around neighborhood and were rude to neighbors and urinated in their yards. I was charged disorderly house. Those same kids smelled of marijuana but none was found after subsequent search by police. What can I do?
2008 moved to Arizona they submitted case but P.O. that received my case passed away. GA wouldn't resubmit because I was a resident of AZ. In 2013 GA suspended my license. What to do? I really want this resolved.

I need more information. Your post is unclear. You entered a plea under First Offender in Georgia?

Absolutely. You have a constitutional right to refuse.
He's currently in there based on a statement given . In the statement the person said he had a gun so he's been charged with possession of a firearm but when they searched him they didn't find a fire arm but he's still being charged with possession.

Does he not have a bond? What about a lawyer? 8 months is a long time, but it does happen.

It depends on a lot of factors, so I would need more information to assess this. But the juvenile needs an attorney ASAP.
A search warrant was given at a residence that had copy written across it, but upon entering the home the officers asked permission to look in draws and cabinets. Also, people were searched and let leave the premises even though illegal items were found in their possession.

A copy of a search warrant is OK. That being said, it sounds like there may be a lot of issues in this case. You should hire an attorney ASAP.

Call the court where your case is pending and ask them when the actual date is.
You
got 3 tickets on Sept 1 2016. Dui, failure to maintain lane and speeding 55 in a 45..... I went to jail and they did bloodwork.... I just found out tonight that I have a warrant for failure to appear. On my tickets it has that the court date would be discussed at a later time. I never... View More

You definitely need to hire an attorney. You are required to update your address with the court. Updating your address on your driver's license doesn't, unfortunately, update your address in the court system. But you may be able to resolve the bench warrant without going to jail,... View More
He moved to GA and about 1 year agao he was sitting in his truck about a mile from home. His keys were laying in the seat and a policeman came up and charged him with dui. Is there any way to get this reduced to another charge?

It is hard to say without knowing more information about the arrest. Regardless, he needs an attorney ASAP.
My fiance is currently locked up because of a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. We never received a summons to court so we didn't know of the trial date. We received the warrant in the mail, which confused the sheriffs department considering they didn't have the warrant yet. There... View More

A bench warrant means either 1) he missed court, or 2) the DA brought an indictment that resulted in a new charge from what he was arrested for originally. He needs an attorney ASAP.

I find it hard to believe that a person has been in jail for 8 months without a first appearance.

What is your question? I find it hard to believe that this person hasn't seen a judge yet. Does this person not have a lawyer?

Do you have a lawyer defending these charges? You need to worry about defending the charges prior to suing anyone.
