Q: My fiancee was not given credit for the 5 mon.he waited for trial in 2014. Or the 58 days he waiting on the judge '18.

His max out date is 7/23/19 however that time would take 6 months off.

Was he in on probation violations? Those typically don't give credit to a different sentence. If he wasn't, then the jailer's affidavit (from the sheriff's department) should show clearly what days he was in jail.

When were you sentenced? The 6/11/19 may be the end of your incarceration date. I have no way of knowing without seeing the original sentence and final disposition paperwork.

Q: My ex physically assaulted me in Georgia. Evidence is on my phone via text but I upgraded my phone and lost everything.

He’s put his hands on me 3 times for thinking “I was cheating”. The last time was the worst. Right after the altercation, he had sex with me as a way to “make up” for his wrongdoing and I questioned him over and over as to why would he have sex with me after he became so physical.

Hire an attorney in Dallas, TX that is familiar with the court in which your son's case is pending. You have directed this question to Georgia attorneys - you would be better served directing it Texas attorneys. Good luck!
