He states that if I do file he wouldn't pay it and says since he is in florida they will protect him if he doesn't pay his child support? That he just can't enter back into Georgia. I'm just wondering if this is true or not?

You can file for child support in the state where the child resides and it will be enforceable in any state of the US.
Go into an memory care program I’ve taken care of her for 3 years with no help and it has taken a huge toll on me

Unfortunately, there is no legal obligation for adult children to contribute to the financial support of a parent.

It is definitely recommended that you have an attorney when attempting to modify custody. The court does not have to accept the 14 year old's election if there is a showing that it is not in the child's best interest.

I agree with my colleague. You will need to meet several technical requirements in order to register a foreign judgment and custody modifications are complicated in general. The combination of both I would not recommend handling without legal counsel. You will only get one bite at the apple and... View More
My Sister was owed child support.
Then custody changed. Now she owes arrears. My nephew died in February at the age of 21. They are still taking her taxes and stimulus. Is this legal? It seems as though the arrears would be deleted after the death of the child. Can this be changed?
Filed pro se and it’s been 70 days I haven’t heard anything courts would not give any information when i called

You can contact the judge's staff attorney to see if any additional information is needed. You may need to file a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings if that has not already been filed to obtain your divorce decree.

The biological mother has legal custody of the child if the child was born out of wedlock. If that is the case, the biological mother can refuse the biological father visitation. Biological fathers do not have any custodial rights to children born out of wedlock until they obtain an order of... View More
They didn't take me to jail and they haven't fingerprinted me. Is it better to pay the citation off at court or pay an attorney

Yes. Until your case is accused or indicted, you will not know if it will be escalated to a felony. It is always best to proceed with counsel in these matters.
I am 22 and married and able to financially support her. She is way behind in school and my dad and stepmom just push it off like it is not a big deal. Changed her last name they live in Tennessee so I’m still paying child support but I agreed to the adoption how do I get it stopped
answered on Apr 6, 2020
There could be a number of reasons you are still paying child support. The adoption may not have terminated your parental rights or you may have had arrearages that you are still obligated for. You should consult with an attorney to review the specific circumstances of your case.
Is it possible for the parents of my girlfriend to keep me away from my baby even if I want to be there and support it and my girlfriend does too?

You will need a legitimation order to establish any rights to the child.
Wouldn't it be considered self defense if my attacker had been charged with aggravated assault against me with a special condition of no contact to being released on a 10 yr probation plea.

That would depend on the individual facts of the incident.

You are not require to provide housing to an adult, but if he refuses to leave willingly, you will need to evict him. You can not simply lock him out if he resides there.
I know a registered sex offender that has social media and uses it to take screenshots of accounts and to chat to minors. He follows probably hundreds of minor accounts and talks to at least a handful. I know he also has nudes from multiple minors in his phone or google cloud

No. This behavior would be a violation of their sex offender registration status.

If there is no custody order in place, he has no legal right to visitation. However, if there is no concern of danger with dad, I would not use the pandemic to now cut off visitation that he has historically been exercising. If you do so, he will likely be motivated to now file a legitimation... View More
