Q: I am currently settling a personal injury claim.

The other party's lawyer wants me to eliminate the wording from "suffered an injury caused by the defendant".Would this effect me in any way? Seems like they are setting up so they are saying there not at fault.

Q: MD has charged me under Title 3-803 which is stalking, can they convict me of elec.mail misuse which is section 3-805 ?

3-803 only addresses following a person. My amateur assessment is that it violates my 14th amendment (fundamental fairness and due process) to be conviction under a section not charged under.

The five-year limitation would apply to a modification of an initial order, rgenerally.
