You can hire counsel and present a Verified Petition to Modify Custody in the court that granted your divorce (I am assuming that this was in Indiana).
Originally signed consent only weeks before had a c-section but then informed Dr. I didn't want tubal done. Dr. informed me day of procure if I did not have tubal done he would not give me birth control or do procedure later.

Consent must be knowingly made. If this was done just minutes before the procedure and you were on painkillers already, there may be an issue that you can pursue.

You do not have a remedy in juvenile court. You may have a remedy in small claims for the fair market value of your dog.

Check the county recorder's office to determine whether a mortgage is on the property. You can also check downstate to determine whether a UCC statement has been filed.
I just found this out and he has always been my son, no argument there. I am a disabled vet and in Indiana he can attend school for free, we looked into the birth certificate and found out I was not on it.

The answer may depend on how long ago the divorce decree was entered. Additionally, sometimes, if there is a child support order, the court will require life insurance so I am not sure whether you could correct the situation anyway. You chould contact your divorce attorney.

The Guardian As Litem is appointedby a judge. He or she is to determien what is in the best interest of/ (a) child in a custody battle. He or she are governe by the order of appointment, any local court rules that may apply, and the Indiana Code.
And the grandparents had gaurdianship over them so the judge let there daughter and son- in law adopt them
